Hey everyone:) This is it. My new show “Beverly Hills Groomer”. After a lot of hard work and sleepless nights I’m finally finished filming (At least for now) my first season. Hopefully you enjoy it, cause its been a real labor of love for both my family and I. I don’t want to give anything away but I’ll go as far to say that “Everything you will witness in my show is REAL LIFE”. So get ready to be inspired and entertained.
TO Beverly Hills And Beyond!

Hey Artist!! I am sooooo happy for you! I was wondering how you are doing and just dropped by the site to see what’s going on – what a wonderful thing for you to have your own show! Love your new website and I pray that all will go well for you – God Bless your efforts and your family!
I’m so happy for you! A show of your own! Congratulations a million times over! Like I said, if I had cable I would watch it. @_@ But I don’t! *wails* I wonder if Animal Planet will have the full episodes up for streaming on their site. -_-; I hope they will.
FINALLY!!!! The premiere is on the horizon. As your #1 fan I am so pumped about this show. I know how hard you have worked and I also know that you have more support behind you than you are aware of. I love you and I am CONSTANTLY in prayer for you. *Congrats AK*
Months ago I tried to give a big cheer for you on the Animal Planet blog but never got a password. So, as they say, “Better late than never.” Here’s a standing ovation not only for your win on the original Groomer Has It but for you upcoming show. With your personality, sense of humor, empathy, grooming savvy and commitment to being the best of the best, you’re not only bound to succeed with your grooming business but as a TV celebrity. You will make a lot of former Groomer Has It viewers VERY happy. Best of luck with everything you do.
Love you, Artist! I must admit that I was not into dogs because of fear of them. Then I watched the first season of Groomer Has It. Your professionalism, glowing personality, and true passion for what you do is outstanding. I was so excited when I found out that you are coming back with your own show. Count on me to be right there watching. You have most definitely earned all that you have achieved…..By the way, I am a lot less fearful and thanks to you, I’m getting there.
With your personality and talent I fully believe that you will OWN the pet grooming world!
Congrats!
Hello and Congratulations on your new show. I had the honor of meeting you when they were filming Groomer Has it Season 2 Episode 5: Tying the Knot. I was there with my two Shih Tzu’s, Gizmo and Sascha. Your little one is very cute. I want to cut my male Shih Tzu, Rocco, just like yours.
Anywho, can’t wait to see your new show. This past weekend, the show aired and I was ecstatic when I saw my two dogs on television – it was great!!!!
Until next time ….
This is so SUPER exciting. I cannot wait to see how your business develops! I know you’re going to rock this thing. Go get ‘em.
Hey Artist, just saw your 2 shows back to back. I am having a great time watching it. How have you been doing since the first few shows? Have you looked up additional ways on how to market your business? Write back and say hi.
Good luck!
Oh wow! Today was the premiere of your new show….I had no idea, but I’m glad I got home in time to tune in. I will definitely be watching this show. Artist is what he is…an ARTIST. He needs to groom my schnauzer, even though he’s THE BOMB already, Artist can definitely find a way to give my dog more SWAGG…Best of luck to you Artist. You have finally made it to the top. Peace & Blessings. -Trav-
Artist, you INSPIRE us all here in Pensacola, Florida. I cheered for you on Groomer Has It and was so glad you won. I became a huge fan last year when you chose the dog no one else would take on the animal adoption episode. You have your priorities straight, and are a role model for everyone. I love your new show and wish you GREAT SUCCESS!! I wish I lived close enough for you to groom my two golden retrievers!!
Hi Artist. First I want to say congratulations!!! I am not a big animal lover but my son, nephew and niece are. While watching Animal Planet with my niece and nephew, I saw your show. I love it! I have set it to tape on my DVR. I wish you were in this area because although I really can’t afford it, I would patronize your business a few times per year. My son is 14 and this is a show he will sit down and watch with me. I was glad you covered brushing the dogs’ teeth. I called him in to see it and he watched how you held the dog’s face to make it not a struggle. We will continue to watch to get tips and watch your wonderful family. I really wish you the best of luck!
hi artist. i saw the premier of your show last night and loved it. I would love love love for you to groom my maltese. Please let me know how i can book an appointment.
Artist you are so amazing. I love your new show! I hope that all your dreams come true. Sometimes great success comes to those who work the hardest for it. I am a huge Fan and I will be supporting you all the way to the TOP. I hope Animal Planet brings you back for Season Two of Beverly Hills Groomer. You inspire me! Keep positive Artist and just know we are here for you!
Artist,
I’ve been watching your show and just wanted to encourage you. You are obviously a good person with a good heart and doing things for the right reasons. At first, when you were asking $100 a dog I thought you were way overpriced, but then I remembered I have paid as much as $65 to have my shepherd/collie groomed out here in Hemet, CA (translation: Middle of nowhere!) when I had to take her to the shop! Just wanted to say keep the faith and keep doing what you’re doing. You’re a good person and you will make it
Hello Artist:
I watched your show for the first time last night, it was AWESOME. You have so much personality and karisma with the people you are in contact with, and the dogs. Your karisma comes across very positively across the TV as well. I love your stamina, and determination.
One thing that pinched a nerve, but, maybe others didn’t think it, was, while you are trying so hard to be successful and get business, while at one of the the actresses home, your brother made a comment about her body. Being a single woman, living at home, that comment would probably cause me to hesitate let you and your brother into my home. It was innocent, but, our society today says, politically, keep it to yourself.
I lost my done last year. I loved her so much. Your attachment to your dog is so charming. Let no one tell you otherwise, you are the new, young and energetic Will Smith.
I’m looking to adopt a Brussells Griffon. If you come across one in a shelter, I would love to know.
Keep up the good work
I just watched one of your shows and I’m hooked. I have now set it to record every week on my DVR.
It’s really wonderful to see someone pull themselves up by their boot straps as you have and there is no doubt in my mind that your family is a big contributor to that along with your personality and perseverance. I wish you all the best and much success, and all the best to your wonderful mother.
I took in a male Shih Tzu a couple of years ago who did not adapt well to being re homed by his original owner, he had gone through some tough times and was fearful and confused. It took a lot of love and care but he’s a happy guy now.
Unfortunately our mobile groomer is not in your category by a long shot and he is now back at his original groomer.
It’s great to see a groomer with such a connection to his dogs and clients too !!
Hey Artist,
I’m really proud of you! Its awesome to see you making your dream come true. You go boy!
We have been watching your show each week and you are doing well. Please take the advice about waiting to give free service. Everyone and anyone wants something for free but probably won’t be there to pick you up when you lose your business. There are some but working for non-profit myself I see the ugly sides of people. I love what I do but our business is trying to stay a float and no one is offering to help us. Once we are gone….NEXT. Once you are at a stable place -then you can help others but keep it in range – maybe you could charge a small fee for the supplies – it’s your time that is the most valuable. Your sister and brother are doing a fantastic job. Your sister could become and agent or a business manager – she’s GREAT! hahaha Good luck and remember – no one is going to put food on the table and a roof over your head but you – nothing is ever free. Your son only knows what you show him – make it a okay that he is with his Aunti and he will think it’s okay. My dad was on the road for weeks at a time when I was a kid and my mom worked all the time. I don’t remember not having them around – it’s quality time kids remember not quantity. You are making a future for the two of you and right now you have to make a few sacrifices. Don’t let him see you down and he won’t notice a problem. YOu can do this and it’s your time right now. Good Luck! Also, be careful commenting on the clients – people may shy away from you if they see you put down the previous customer. You are too nice for that.
Hey Artist,
Just wanted to tell you how proud we are of you. My family has enjoyed watching you “grow” over the last year into a wonderful groomer, you were already a wonderful person. I am a veterinary technician, and when I started out in this business I did some grooming at the hospital I worked at, at the time. It’s hard but so rewarding. I still dabble a little when there’s a tough one no one else can handle or doesn’t know quite what to do with. Of course most of the one’s we see have skin or hair problems. So I usually can’t make them look as beautiful as you do, but I take enjoyment in knowing I have made the animal feel better, and hopefully educate the client in a way so that I won’t see them back for the same problem. I have 3 dogs, 2 boxers Maddie Jeane and Harley James, and one poodle mix Mr. Fozzie Bear. So I’m still playing with his hair and trying out new things on him. I love making him look different, he’s such a blast……to groom. Just remember to have FUN while your working, or burnout will happen. I’ve been a technician (animal nurse) for 16 years, and everyday is a new experience. May God Bless you in all you do, Tami
Artist! What an amazing guy!!! I believe you are going to do so well in this business, you truly have a heart for the animals! I’m not so sure that your brother has the same love and feel for them that you do and I hope he comes around. He made me a little uncomfortable to watch so I’m hoping that isn’t the way the dogs are feeling when he’s working on them. Oh, and that guy who’s supposed to help you with your finances??? What a creep. I think that giving free grooms occasionally to shelter dogs, or someone who isn’t able to pay for or do it themselves is an amazing idea. What we do good in this life comes back 10 fold – Karma you know! Good luck with everything!!!!
Ur dog is SOOOOOO CUTE!!!!!!!!
Artist I am so happy for you. Determation to go on no matter what the odds. continue to strive for excellant and the caring attitude that you have will pay off in the long run. You have so many people praying for you and your family. You are so excitining to watch, because you are the real deal. I have been keeping up with you since being on Groomer has it. Stand your ground with your financial manager on the one for free. I have my own business also and people do not realize what it takes when you own your on business it not easy, but with god there is nothing to hard for him. I am so proud to see your family support you. As we can see being a single parent is not easy and for you to step up to the plate and raise your son is awsome. Continue to follow your dream, because you have a god given talent. Oh Yea, great job on the Yak! Some one Praying for your success in Kentucky.
Hello Artists,
I have to tell you, I watch the competition for the title you currently hold, and the subsequent show featuring you doring your thing as “Head Groomer In-Charge” in Hollywood, and I absolutly love you; your disposition, attitude, your comedic flair, business accument, and your kind heartedness and awakened spirit. I enjoy watching your show, and particularly like seeing grooming the Yak, and your comments that you you’re ready to groom lions, tigers and bears, and that you would even groom a fish, were classic, and hilarious (seeing you actually groom a fish).
Actually, on this night when I decided to write to tell you all of this, as I started to type, you were going to visit an old friend of mine, and someone with whom I worked on a special event, DIVAS: Simply Singing, which she executive produced…Sheryl Lee Ralph; one of the most incredible women I had ever worked with. I was thrilled at how thrilled you were, and of your opinion about her.
I just wanna say, you’re doing a magnificant job, not only as a groomer, as a respectable young man; a mentor and friend to your brother; an inspiration to everyone with whom you come into contact; a positive bright light on television today, and; a refreshing kind soul that’s rarely shown or found in (not just men, but) people today.
Don’t stop grooming animals; you’ve got a bright career in television that requires your talent as well.
Brave to you!
JLDean
Hello Artist,
Just wanted to tell you how much I enjoy your show. You have your priorities straight and you really are a role model for young people. You can’t loose with God , family and good positive attitude. I wish you GREAT SUCCESS!!
Kathy
Good luck with everything. Don’t let the stress of beginning a business get you down. And hire a nicer financial planner. Someone that is with you and your goals. I am a producer in NY that travels to LA from time to time. I’ll be watching your success grow and waiting for the moment when I can give you an extra boost.
GOD BLESS!!!
Erika Tribble, Producer
Artist, you a a breath of fresh air for all the young brothers who think they do not have the vision to carry out their dreams. Keep on reaching high and you will succeed in all you do!
Artist,
I wish you success and wealth because I think you truly deserve it. The fact that you put your family first and you still give back even though you are struggling says a lot about your character. It will all pay off in the end because you will never forget where you came from! Good luck and God Bless!
Artist:
I want you to know how much I have enjoyed watching you win “Groomer of the Year” and grow your business on “Beverly Hills Groomer”. You were my favorite contestant and it is nice to see you and your family on your show. You are a wonderful person with beautiful qualities that we should all aspire to have. The love you have for your family is genuine and I love to see the way you interact with your son and your siblings. I am hoping you have a long career and a happy, successful life. Watching your show brings me so much joy-thank you for that!!!
Dear Artist,
I love your show. You are amazing what you are doing with both your own pursuits and with training your brother Desmond. I think your consultant Cameron is wrong in telling you not to do “one for free.” Celebrities are huge into causes. I think rather than stopping doing “one for free,” I think you need to use this to market yourself. Celebrities will LOVE IT. I wish I lived in LA so I could hire you to groom my dogs.
Best wishes.
Hello Artist:
My wife (Cathy) and I have been watching your show since Groomer of The Year. We think the world of you and your achievements. We would like to speak with you regarding you possibly visiting our Health Store Spa in Forest Hills, NY.
We have a successful Grooming/Retail/Dog Obedience Training and etc store/business in Forest Hills and thought we might be able to help you reach your goals by giving you exposure in NY. Perhaps your producers can have a segment with you visiting NY and coming to our location. Let us know and we would love to help. Best of luck and stay cool.. You are doing awesome…..
Regards,
Eli: Certified Master Dog Trainer/Behaviorist
Artist, I am not going to tell you how great you are and how everyone loves you because it is true and you know it!! I just want you to start wearing your seat belt when you are in the van. I cringe and pray for your safety everytime I see you not wearing it! Your family especially your son needs you and it will save your life one day. Please wear it!!! And keep being your wonderful self.

I am so inspired by you. I do not own a dog anymore, but my mom told me about the show. I am a single mom in college and you just motivate to keep going. Wow, I am so amazed by the integrity and respect that you show on the show, I almost wondered if people still knows what that is. I can not wait for the next season and wish that I could meet you and just have a conversation about life. Well congrats again.

Hey man! I’m from Saskatchewan (Canada), I love your show. I haven’t missed one yet. I hope everything works out for you, good luck!! You remind me a bit of myself, in the way that you care about animals and what they’re feeling. I have my own dog as well. I believe he is a Husky/Wolf. His name is Zero. Coolest dog ever lol. I wen’t to set a reminder for the show this week, but it wasn’t on. Thought that was odd cause’ it always is. Anyway, your the sh*t!
